As plants and trees died, their remains sank to the bottom of the swampy areas, accumulating layer upon layer and eventually forming a soggy, dense material called peat.

automation engineering companyEleazarStarkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11164525879515251032noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8511144021300330801.post-90307784808502758652017-06-06T12:10:22.904-07:002017-06-06T12:10:22.904-07:00For those who would like to replace their existing...For those who would like to replace their existing stove with a new one designed to burn coal, there are modern designs available from New Dawn Engineering's website. Look in the Library, Stoves, Kyrgyzstan, Model 4.x. The most recent version is Model 4.2. There is also a full set of drawings and construction steps in the Tajikistan folder, see the 'Artisan' version for the latest that can be made with a welder and angle grinder (only).

These stoves have extremely low PM emissions (under 0.05 g/kg) and are unlikely to be 'smelled'. The fuel size should be 15-20mm (3/4"). The nominal power is 10 kW. The efficiency with a 14' chimney is about 80 percent. They can cook one or two pots.

For a water heating version (hydronic heater) see the Model 5.2, same section of the library.Crispinhttp://www.newdawnengineering.comnoreply@blogger.com
